1. Put the material evenly on the sample rack in the vacuum drying box and push it into the drying box.

2. Close the box door, air release valve, and there are bolts on the box door, so that the box door can be tightly combined with the silicone sealing strip.

3. Connect the vacuum pump with the vacuum valve, open the vacuum valve and vacuumize.

4. According to the performance of vacuum pump, the pressure gauge is the limit value of vacuum pump.

5. After vacuuming, close the vacuum valve first. If the vacuum valve cannot be closed tightly, please replace it, and then turn off or remove the power supply of vacuum pump.

6. The drying cycle of the materials in the Institute shall be treated by observing the changes of the calendar, thermometer and the box body at regular intervals. If the index of the pressure gauge drops, there may be air leakage, and the pumping operation can be carried out again.

7. After drying, first open the vent valve to release the gas inside, then open the door of the vacuum drying oven and take out the materials.
