I. Overview

The vacuum drying box is to heat the material to be dried under vacuum conditions, and the vacuum pump is used for suction and dehumidification, so that the working room is in a vacuum state, and the drying rate of the material is greatly accelerated. The boiling point of the solvent of the material is reduced under vacuum, so it is used for drying unstable or heat-sensitive materials. The vacuum drying box has good sealing. Therefore, it is also suitable for drying materials that require recovery of solvents and strong irritating gases.

Vacuum drying ovens are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dyestuff and other industries, in line with the CGMP management regulations for pharmaceuticals.

There is a plug between the pipes, which forces the hot water or steam to flow into the pipes layer by layer without temperature dead angle.

The flat plate structure is more suitable for the hot water heating method, the drying time is short, the effect is better, and the temperature uniformity is more stable.

The box body is reinforced with channel steel and has a high density to prevent the box body from deforming under vacuum.
