1、Main application

Dry and sterilizer Penicillin bottles and yellow round bottles aiming at liquid injection, powder injection and oral liquid, as well as mass of tablets and Chinese medicinal material.

2、Working principle

HDA hot-air circulation tunnel oven uses electric heating as the heat source, uses hot-air circulation fan for the convection, hot conversion and circulation of grade-100 purification air in the heatiing section of oven, carries out heat transfer and continuously replenishes fresh air for containers needing sterilization, and removes damp air and saturated hot air in oven so as to dry and sterilizer bottle-type articles.

1、Siemens LCD touch screen and PLC programmable controller for the programmable settable control over complete-machine heating, operation and other technological parameters.

2、Settable automatic segmented variable-frequency conversion balance control of air quantity in complete machine.

3、Functions of segmented parameter display, automatic record pringting, fault alarm, etc.

4、Complete grade-100 laminar-flow purification system and the arrangement of clean laminar-flow protection for air inlets and other cooling sections to stop external air form entering internal machine and ensure the operation of the working chamber in the grade-100 state.

5、The adoption of gear mechanism for conveying sterilization mesh belts to thoroughly eliminate the defect that mesh belts are easy to deflect. 

6、In accordance with the staandard requirements of the pharmaceuticals industry and the indexes of cGMP standard.
